Try A New Folding Technique - TTPH #36 Stitchy Bear

This week the challenge at Through The Purple Haze is to use a new folding technique and the challenge is sponsored by Stitchy Bear Stamps.

The theme was to use a new folding technique and I decided to make a twisted easel as I've never ever made one before! 

Instead of colouring my image I paper pieced it using the png digi stamp and overlayed it onto different materials in Craft Artist 2. Once I was happy with the materials I printed it out and cut out each section before gluing it to the main background piece.

I matted this onto kraft card then onto some Hunkydory pattern card and assembled my twisted easel. I used DoCrafts paper from their Bellisima collection on the base and added buttons as my stoppers.

I think this card looks a bit like a picture handing on a wallpapered wall!
